This release features new localizations in four languages, support for Active Directory (AD) authentication, and Data-in-transit encryption in MS SQL, along with several improvements to Datamart 2.0. It also addresses improvements and component upgrades to enhance the platform's performance, security, and stability.
Localization
With Intelligent Automation Cloud v10.2.1, WorkFusion further expands the global reach. In addition to French localization, the Spanish, German, and Japanese ones also become available.

Support for AD authentication in MS SQL
Intelligent Automation Cloud v10.2.1 now supports Active Directory authentication in MS SQL as an enterprise standard of user management, improving the product's security protection. Enabling support for AD authentication to MS SQL involved improved Role Base Access Control & Data Access controls to address enterprise security needs.
Embedded automatic migration tool
When updating from the previous Product version, you no longer need to reconfigure user roles, permissions, and other settings. The automatic migration tool is now embedded into IA Cloud v10.2.1 and allows you seamlessly migrate the following items:
- Users
- Control Tower roles
- Control Tower filters
- Control Tower groups
- Qualifications in crowds
Moreover, you can create user groups based on qualifications.

Encryption for MS SQL data-in-transit
Now data-in-transit encryption available for all connections to MS SQL. Thus, the database engine encrypts and decrypts data while executing queries.
DataMart 2.0 approach for OOTB dashboards
The Datamart 2.0 approach standardized OOTB dashboards' extension for custom use cases, reducing efforts and eliminating errors. Thus it allows reducing the implementation cost of analytics in half.
Support for WebDriver (Chromium) in RPA
The WorkFusion RPA supports the Edge browser based on the Chromium engine.
Direct links to assignments for WorkSpace 2.0
WorkSpace 2.0 provides API to get a direct link to a specific assignment from the business process. Using the direct link, you can open an individual assignment without any custom queue associated. For more details, refer to How to work with direct links.
