Control Tower

Cognitive Bot Ready button is not shown for Manual Task if it is a Business Process step.

TOD

  • Extract for TOD Manual Tasks works only if IE unique code is document_xml_link.
  • Preview for TOD Manual Tasks shows xml instead of the original document.
  • Assigning multiple tags to the same token produces an 'xml_tagged is empty' error.
  • It is impossible to select a range between plain text and the first empty cell in a table with Shift button.
  • Redo button is not working on table values in TOD tasks.

OCR

  • When converting PDF to TIFF in Standard OCR Process, using the special API parameter convertTo(value=tiff), OCR output may have slightly deteriorated image quality.
  • PDFs created from image files using FineReader with disabled full-text search are converted to PNG as blank files.
  • TextTypes are recognized incorrect for OCR on Windows

BEP

  • Task metrics creation for BP is triggered even if CT worker is broken and cannot be started.
  • Empty marathon folders created in the process of e2e training are not deleted afterwards.

Robotics

  • Fleet attribute cannot be a variable.
  • Surface-based automation: non-Latin symbols are not allowed when providing image file path in the byImage selector.

Analytics

  • Values on Bot Execution Platform Agent views can be empty due to inconsistent metrics gathering.
  • Value for SLA by time can be inaccurate due to no splitting on Transaction Tracking feature during calculation.
  • Implemented filter values don't apply on the other pages after reverting. Workaround: revert on a new page and re-apply the required filter values.
  • Loading spinner on the Dashboards page sometimes disappears only after a mouseover, even when the dashboards are fully loaded.
  • List of custom dashboards cannot be refreshed in the LDAP mode. To resolve this issue, update the workfusion DB: TABLEAU_CUSTOM_DASHBOARD value in the ct.preference table.
