Custom
Custom dashboards are available at Control tower Analytics menu:
Based on out-of-the-box dashboards, two customized dashboards were created: Overview_custom and RPA_custom to focus on tracking the most desired metrics and to increase the displayed period by default.
Filters
Used in both dashboards:
- Process Name
- Process Execution: Process Execution UUID by Start Date.
- Time Range: The last 30 days based on the Process Execution Start Date.
- Process Status: Process Execution status that can be completed, processing, paused.
Overview
The goal of customization here is to add additional metrics to the generic Overview dashboard:
- Automation %: The percentage of completed transactions from the total number of transactions.
- Volume: The total number of transactions.
- Exceptions: The number of issues in processes.
RPA
The goal of customization here is to add additional metrics to the generic RPA charts from the Capacity dashboard:
- RPA Accuracy Rate: The percentage of successfully completed RPA sessions from the total number of RPA sessions.
- Volume: The total number of RPA sessions.
- Exceptions: The number of failed RPA sessions.
