Add Bot Task

Bot Tasks contain work to be done by WorkFusion's bots. In a Business Process (BP), the bots complete those steps that are more suited for automation than human labor. Bot Tasks can exist only as a Business Process step.

Add Manual Task

You can add a Manual Task (MT) to a Business Process (BP) using one of the following methods:

Configure no-code rule-based Bot Tasks

When you design a Business Process (BP), you can apply rules that affect what path to follow in the BP depending on various conditions. Thus, you can end your BP early if some issue is detected or the data is not enough.

Create and manage templates

Templates provide a way to reuse objects. Almost every object within IA Cloud Enterprise, including Manual Tasks and Business Processes, is based on templates.

Create custom dashboards

This guide gives you a quick introduction to custom dashboards: how to create datasets and charts and organize them into a dashboard. Since WorkFusion Analytics is originally based on Superset, you can refer to the Superset official documentation for additional details.

Design Manual Tasks via Task Designer Operation

The Task Designer Operation is the recommended method to design Manual Tasks (MT). It provides a no-code way to implement Manual Task forms: to generate them from a template or build manually in a drag-and-drop editor.

Manage models

To access a list of available trained models, select AutoML > Trained models. Control Tower updates the list every time you complete a model training, or a new trained model is deployed to your environment.

Manage pipelines

To access a list of available hyper models (artifacts), select AutoML > Hyper models. Control Tower updates the list every time a new hyper model is deployed to your environment.

Run experiments

To access a list of ongoing or completed model trainings, select AutoML > Trainings. Control Tower updates the list every time you start a model training.

Start Business Process by internal event

If you have several Business Processes (BP) where one BP produces data for another, you can apply the event-based communication mechanism and easily configure data transfer between them. To do it, you can start a sub-process from another BP based on a specific event or initiate transaction processing from another transaction within a different BP.
