Cloud Providers

WorkFusion may engage the below entities to process Customer Personal Data as cloud providers: Amazon Web Services, Inc, Google, Inc., Microsoft Corp and International Business Machines Corporation. These cloud providers are headquartered in the U.S. and host the personal data Customers upload in the Cloud Services.

Support

To provide Support, we may also engage the following entities to process Customer Personal Data on your behalf: Atlassian (solely for processing JIRA Support tickets) (headquarters in the U.S.), Practiproject p.r. Ltd (solely for processing JIRA Support tickets) (headquartered in Israel), Support for On-premise Software: EPAM Systems, Inc. (headquarters in the US), IBA Development LTD (headquarters in the Czech Republic); Support for the Cloud Services: intive GmBH (headquarters in Germany).

Handwriting Processing

To provide handwriting recognition processing by some of WorkFusion’s Digital Workers (e.g. Ilana), WorkFusion may engage DST Technologies, Inc., d/b/a Vidado.
