With the Power User learning path in automationacademy.com, trainees will learn how to use the WorkFusion RPA tool for automating day-to-day operations.

Courses are teaching skills allowing to automate manual tasks such as copying/pasting data from one source to another, sorting emails, and more. Trainees will be walked through key WorkFusion software capabilities and see how to convert business requirements into business process architecture.

The WorkFusion Power User tools and training are designed the way that allows an operations specialist without any engineering skills or degree in software development to quickly (in about a week) learn and start practicing RPA solutions creation.

About learning path

On the Power User learning path, trainees will:

• find out how to automate manual tasks like copying and pasting data from one source to another, sorting emails, or locating and extracting information in PDF documents
• get a walk-through of key capabilities, such as optical character recognition (OCR) and Automation Recorder
• learn how to convert business requirements into a WorkFusion business process architecture and get a lot of practice activities

The Power User path provides hundreds of video lessons, original content, and quizzes. Courses allow trainees to study at their own desired pace without deadlines or time restrictions. We suggest following the course sequence within the path to learn automation in the shortest time possible.

Learning path courses

The learning path consists of four courses, followed by certification.

1. Automation Kit for Beginners. The course offers a comprehensive overview of Intelligent Automation Cloud capabilities. You will learn about installation, key features, use cases, and also how Intelligent Automation Cloud can benefit the business.
2. Automating the Business Task. The course gives you the basic skills you need to start using WorkFusion’s Intelligent Automation Cloud Business. Learn how to create bot tasks, automated workflows, and explore web/desktop automation basics and create your automation projects.
3. Automation Kit for SAP. The course is about automating solutions within SAP, which can be implemented using all product Editions of WorkFusion’s Intelligent Automation Cloud. It also explores pre-built, out-of-the-box bot tasks for SAP automation.
4. Automating the Business Process. In this course, you will learn advanced WorkFusion implementation techniques and how to convert business requirements into a WorkFusion business process architecture.

How to enroll

The Power User learning path is available only to partner/customer trainees by nomination.

Сonnect with the head of RPA practice or manager and ask to be nominated for the WorkFusion’s Power User path. The manager will send WorkFusion an onboarding request. Trainees can access Automation Academy courses anytime using the corporate email and password. Now, that the trainees have been onboarded, they will see the selected learning path (Power User) in the Automation Academy account.
