The patch aims to fix the ODF 2 time format issue resulting in a failure to create an assignment.
_sys_record_order was created automatically with the incorrect yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss format in the output. Now, the required yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSS format is used.
