IA Cloud Developer v10.2.4 is compatible with IA Cloud Enterprise v10.2.4.

• Fixed the issue with failing to update IA Cloud Developer from v10.2.3.1 to v10.2.4 due to the downgrade version of Java binary files in the 10.2.4 package.
• Fixed the issue with the default task queue deleted after some time when the iac-developer profile is enabled.
