This patch affects the Control Tower (CT) and WorkSpace components and is aimed to resolve the following issues:

1. Control Tower got stuck while running a Business Process (BP) due to an out-of-memory error. To address the issue, automatic snapshot generation upon BP completion is disabled by default. You can still generate a BP snapshot manually. See the snapshot generation instructions for Manual Tasks and Business Processes.

   

   Additionally, a startup flag was added for all IA Cloud Enterprise services, enabling them to shut down and restart promptly after an out-of-memory error.

2. The functionality to prolong Manual Task execution removed from Control Tower in 10.1.6 needs to be returned. Therefore, the Time Alloted per Task option is now back on the CT user interface. Go to Manual Tasks > Run > Advanced options > Properties.
