Prepare environment for Python development

Python 2 environment

caution

If you use a virtual environment (virtualev, Anaconda, and so on), skip the --user argument in the pip_install command.

pip is considered the main installation tool for the purposes of the guide. However, it can conflict with Anaconda. Therefore, all instructions are based on the case of using virtualenv and system python (--user).

To install base Python packages for IA Cloud, run the following command:
