Workers
After you post a Manual Task to a Crowd, workers start accepting and completing their tasks. To monitor statistics, answers, and manage the workers participating in a task, open the Manual Task and navigate to Results > Workers.
The Workers grid has horizontal scrolling, and you can manage the number of displayed columns by clicking the cogwheel in the top right corner.
Filters
To narrow down the number of workers displayed in the grid, apply the predefined filters in the Filter by drop-down box or create a custom filter.
To create and apply a custom filter, follow the steps:
Select the Advanced checkbox. A filter panel appears on the screen.
In the Select an Option drop-down box, choose a filtering condition. To add more conditions, click the + button.
Select a logical operator (equals to, contains, less than, and so on) for each selected filtering conditions.
Enter a value for each selected filtering condition.
Click the Apply button.
To save the filter and make it reusable, fill in the Filter Name field and clicking the Save button. The saved filter appears in the Filter by drop-down list.
Worker grid
Each grid row represents a specific worker with their key parameters, such as Accuracy, Approval Rate, Performance, and so on. For detailed parameter description, refer to the View All Workers topic.
To navigate to the Worker Profile, click the user name.
Bulk actions
To perform a bulk action, select one or more checkboxes opposite the worker IDs in the grid and click one of the following buttons:
Send Message. See the Notifications topic.
Assign Qualifications. You can assign a worker one of the existing Qualifications and set the Score for it.
Retract Worker Answers. The function is intended to exclude answers from the final result, for example, if a worker is a cheater. If a task contains retracted Answers, the Majority and Confidence values are recalculated. The worker with retracted Answers can continue accepting and submitting tasks. Answers given by the worker after a manual retraction are not retracted automatically. Answers can also be retracted by the Rule.

Export All to Excel. All enabled filters are applied.
