This patch fixes the WorkSpace bug throwing the following error: "Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint 'unq_endpointtaskassignment_task_assignment." The issue appeared when at least two users simultaneously opened or submitted the Manual Task with the same unique constraints task_id and assignmentId.
Now, if several users try to accept or submit the same assignment simultaneously from any queue type, they see the following message: "Sorry, the Assignment is not available".
