Prepare team for labeling

Goal: To prepare the SME team for labeling documents.

Input:

  • 609 XML documents split into batches: New Hampshire, Georgia, Massachusetts, California
  • 15 samples of Georgia selected

Output: Manual Task designed, SMEs prepared for labelling.

Design Manual Task​

Consider the list of fields and documents and design a Manual Task (MT) with all logic included.

Import MT to Control Tower​

To review the designed Manual Task, import the downloaded zip archive to the Control Tower as described below:

  1. Go to Business Processes or Manual Tasks and, in the top-right corner, click Import Package.
  2. Click Upload, select the MT zip archive, and then click Preview Package.
  3. In the bottom-left corner, click Import Package.
  4. Click View the imported Business Process.

Train SMEs for proper labelling​

The qualification mechanism is no longer available for access control purposes and is replaced by a new user management approach. For the employee training, implement a special Qualification Business Process.
