Activate alerts
You can monitor the system status with the ELK-based alerting system that allows checking the status of system components and server indicators and notifying the administrator in case of a problem. Alerting lets you define rules to detect complex conditions within different Kibana apps and trigger actions when those conditions are met. You can find more details in the official elastic documentation (https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/alerting-getting-started.html).
Activate ELK license
The initial installation of the Work.AI platform enables the 30-day trial license for ELK (Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Logstash). For production purposes, it is required to update the license via the installer.

Case Management dashboard
The Case Management dashboard lets you monitor the Workspace assignment statistics and manual review performance, in particular:
Change log level for components
Message logging in applications is based on logger objects. Each logger has the following attributes:
Check high-availability environment
A dedicated HA Overview dashboard was created in Kibana to facilitate the detection of inconsistencies in a high-availability (HA) environment.
Collect and view logs
This article describes the basic concepts of log aggregation. The following log level options are available:
Configure access control list
An access control list (ACL) is a list that shows which users can see certain items and what they can do with them. For Workspace, ACL is used to control access, with each assignment having an owner and its own ACL restrictions.
Configure health checks
As a central orchestration component, Control Tower is preconfigured to validate its own configuration and collect configuration check data from connected components.
Configure notifications for ELK alerts
By default, the Product is shipped with three connectors (or channels), through which alerts may be sent:
Create and manage charts and dashboards
Connect to database
Decision Rules dashboard
The Decision Rules dashboard provides information about rules and rule-based decisions associated with the execution of no-code Decision Rules steps in Business Processes (BP). Using the dashboard, you can accomplish the following:
Enable WebDriver log generation and rotation
Enable log generation
Environment health check
The WorkFusion infrastructure requires periodic validation. There are various factors that can make certain WorkFusion components or target applications non-functional or non-automatable.

Learn about analytics in WorkFusion
For monitoring process metrics, Work.AI offers Superset-based analytics installed together with the Product. To start working with the analytics, you only need to configure access. It does not require any additional third-party licenses and provides the following capabilities:

Monitoring
The monitoring solution consists of the following components:
Plugin execution logging
Plugin execution logging helps to record the execution time of specific plugins, thus enabling you to gather Bot Task processing analytics. Currently, the following plugin data is recorded:
Search specific message in logs
The article describes the necessary steps to search and filter particular messages in selected Kibana logs.

Set up alerts and reports
To assist you in real-time process monitoring, analyzing data, and presenting it effectively, WorkFusion Analytics offers the following tools:
Track transactions
Transaction tracking is applied at the Business Process (BP) level. It is possible to track only specific or multiple steps or exclude them from tracking. The feature enables collecting Service-Level Agreement (SLA) and Straight-Through Processing (STP) metrics and getting them displayed in the workflow diagram.
View logs and repair Business Processes
The WorkFusion platform provides the capability to view Business Process (BP) logs containing system events, error messages, and stack traces.
