Upload branding images

The guide describes how to upload a custom set of images to be used as branding assets in the user interface of Work.AI components.

To enable the use of a custom branding image set, follow the steps below:

1. Prepare a zip archive with all images inside. The archive should have the whitelabel-images-1.0.0.zip name and include the following:

   • logo.png (24x24)
   • long-logo.png (Wx24, where max(W) <= 160px)
   • favicon.png (32x32)

2. Put the archive on the first Master server inside the <PACKAGE_DIR>/sources/ directory (for example, /opt/workfusion/wf_installer/sources/whitelabel-images-1.0.0.zip).

   note

   It's ok to overwrite the default bundle file located in the directory.

3. SSH to the first Master server and execute the following sequence of commands:

   $ export PACKAGE_DIR='your package dir (i.e, /opt/workfusion/wf_installer)'
   $ export ANSIBLE_VAULT_PASS='your-ansible-vault-pass'
   $ export ANSIBLE_PRIVATE_KEY_FILE="id_rsa"
   $ cd $PACKAGE_DIR
   $ ./install.sh install whitelabel-images

4. When the installation is completed, make sure the images are in place by visually inspecting the user interface of the following components:

   • Control Tower
   • Workspace
   • Bot Manager (only if you have RPA in your environment)
   • User Management
   • Analytics
