F.A.Q.

Releases, procurement, and updates

How does a POC work?

The Solution Consultants (SC) team owns proof of concepts (POCs) for AI Agents.

Some AI Agents are mature enough that the team can perform the POC scope entirely, while other AI Agents may require a broader engagement.

Features

Does Kayla come with a Manual Task?

Starting from 1.6.0, Kayla includes an optional human-in-the-loop step. If enabled, the step generates manual review assignments you can find in the Workspace application. For details, see the Review results guide.

Does Kayla come with an analytics dashboard?

Kayla comes with three dashboards available out of the box:

  • KYC Periodic Review Overview
  • KYC Periodic Review Entity Details
  • KYC Periodic Review Requirement Details

For more details, refer to Analyze results.

Connectors and data sources

What data sources does the solution work with?

Connectors for the following sources are available out of the box:

  • Companies House

  • CSSF

  • Department of Labor (DoL) EFAST 5500

  • NASDAQ

  • NYSE

  • Sayari Graph

  • SEC Edgar

  • TwelveData

I don’t see the connector or data source that I want to work with listed. Is it possible to add a connection for them?

Typically, integrating with a new connector or data source is not a problem. However, it depends on the provider’s capabilities and business requirements.

Additional time to establish a partnership agreement or vendor approval processes might be required. A key element of expediting this process is specifying clear business requirements.

I need to whitelist the open sources used for Kayla in my environment. What are the URLs to whitelist them?
The folder I created for a variation disappears after the file is picked up. How do I prevent this?

By default, S3 removes empty folders. If you want to keep the folder structure, upload a keep.txt file (such as this sample one). AI Agents will not pick up these files or attempt to process them, which allows your folders to remain intact.

Requirements

What does each review method indicate?

For details on each review method, see Install and configure | Requirements.

Reporting and output

Can I configure where the results are stored?

Out of the box, the final results (in the form of a report) are stored in S3. It is also possible to send the final report by email.

Storing in a different location requires customization.

Can the output report be modified?

The output report includes all columns submitted in the input file. Additional customizations require custom work.
