502 error on VDS server

When an 502 error occurs on the VDS server, remove the trailing / (slash) sign from the wfbi URL in the vds-scaling-service.properties file.

1. Remove / in the /vds-scaling-service/vds-scaling-service.properties file and restart the services on the ML server.
2. Change wfbi.url=[https://<domain>:8443/service-wfbi/ to wfbi.url=[https://<domain>:8443/service-wfbi].
