Verify symptoms of non-operational platform

To identify the cause of an issue associated with the platform becoming non-operational, follow the steps below:

  1. Check whether the platform is accessible and whether you can log in to Control Tower. Otherwise, read the troubleshooting articles in the Control Tower steps section.

  2. Launch the Test Integration Business Process (BP) and check the results. For details, refer to the Environment health check article.

    • If the BP can’t be launched or it’s stuck on the first step, refer to the troubleshooting articles in the Control Tower steps section.

    • If the BP is stuck on a particular step, refer to the troubleshooting articles for the component associated with the step:

  3. If you can’t identify the component causing your issue, raise a ticket in the WorkFusion Service Desk and provide the following information:

    • Describe the degradation you’re experiencing.
    • Specify any errors detected in the preceding steps.
    • Describe what has changed recently in the infrastructure, data, or from the AI Agent perspective.
    • Specify the AI Agent name.
