MySQL error 150

Problem

A user gets the following exception:

Can't create the table COUNTRY. (err no: 150)

Cause

The COUNTRY_GEO_IP table has a foreign key to COUNTRY.

Solution

1. Drop COUNTRY_GEO_IP.
2. Create COUNTRY.
3. Create COUNTRY_GEO_IP.
