Review output

The final output of the Isaac Transaction Monitoring Investigator is to generate a final decision on each alert. The final decision is recorded for analytics along with the minimum required information to support future automation. Because of their nature, transaction monitoring alerts are updated asynchronously as they are completed so that third-party systems can also be updated.

Isaac can generate two types of reports:

• The final report is created and emailed once the entire batch of alerts is completed. The report is optional and can be configured on the Output step for each variation.

• The Preliminary deferral report indicates potential deferrals and sends them to a specified email. The report is optional and can be configured on the Investigation step for each variation.
