View assignments
The assignment list allows you to review all available assignments. From the list, you can find out the scope of work, priorities, and order of assignments. It contains the following basic data about each assignment:
- Priority—the assignment priority: Critical, Normal, or Low
- Title—the assignment name
- Task—the task type
- Due date—the assignment expiry date
- Assignee—the person assigned to complete the assignment
By default, the assignments on the list are arranged by their creation date. For other sorting options, refer to Sort assignments and create custom queues.
The assignment list supports infinite scroll. To return to the top, click the arrow in the right bottom corner.
The assignment list is expandable. In the bottom left corner, click the arrow button to hide the side panel and expand the assignment list.
To return to the view with queues, click the arrow button again.

Select assignments
To distribute assignments, you have to select them first. Choose assignments by selecting the checkboxes next to them. To view the checkboxes, hover over an assignment. Only selected checkboxes are shown.

caution

When you group assignments by priorities, you can assign:
a group of assignments with the selected priority (Select all within the priority group)
assignments of various priorities (select only those assignments you need)
Select assignee
To recommend one or more workers to do a job or to indicate to colleagues that you are planning to process assignments yourself, you can use the Assign function.
Mind that assigning to someone, you do not restrict this person from processing the selected assignment. Even if a task has already been assigned or is being processed, you can still start working on the assignment and complete it.
