Manage sessions

As soon as a user logs into a realm, WorkFusion User Management maintains their session and tracks their activities. Admins can view the data on all or particular user sessions and log out users of all or a particular session.

Realm sessions

To view information about sessions in a particular realm and to manage them, follow the instructions:

  1. Make sure you are in the correct realm.

  2. On the left menu, click Sessions to see a list of the currently active sessions in the realm.

To log out all users of all sessions, open the Action menu and choose Sign out all active sessions.

Client sessions

To view information about the sessions for a particular client and to manage them, complete the following steps:

  1. On the left menu, click Clients and select a client from the list (for instance, realm-management, like in the figure below).

  2. On the client's configuration page, go to the Sessions tab. You will see active user sessions for the particular client.

If you click the username in the list of sessions, you can see a list of all active sessions for the user across clients. To terminate all sessions for the specific user, click Logout all sessions.
