System requirements
Before you proceed with the installation, check that:
- You can meet the prerequisites.
- Your hardware and OS meet the requirements.
- You have all essential ports open.
Prerequisites
Make sure the following preconditions are fulfilled:
- If you previously installed RPA Express, Express Edition, Business Edition, or an older Work.AI Developer (previously IA Cloud Developer) version, uninstall it completely.
- Do not reuse the existing Eclipse workspace folder. The folder path is requested as you launch Eclipse IDE for the first time.
- Make sure you have Administrator permissions to install all required components.
- Use a Solid State Drive (SSD) to accelerate the installation.
