The patch fixes the issue blocking access to Analytics dashboards for users with multiple roles, one of which includes Analytics permissions and the other does not. Now, users are granted access if at least one of their roles includes appropriate permissions.

Additionally, to prevent further access issues, Analytics permissions are automatically assigned when a new role is created.
