Version 10.2.9.6

Release date

April 29, 2025

The release ensures smooth operation on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.9, optimizes Logstash memory allocation, and addresses several issues.

RHEL 7.9 compatibility

Tara now fully supports RHEL 7.9, with previous Python library issues in the NER and PSS classification model components addressed to provide a smoother installation and runtime experience.

We also restored compatibility for Work.AI deployments with the RHEL 7.9 operating system. You can now deploy Work.AI v10.2.9.x environments on hardware using RHEL 7.9 without issues.

Logstash memory optimization

Logstash memory allocation is improved for ELK components, with the GOMEMLIMIT environment variable now set prior to launching the Traefik binary. These enhancements contribute to better resource management under load.

Corrected issues

  • Fixed the issue where entities were blocked in the Multi Provider Entity Screening (MPES) connector under high-load conditions. All entities are now reliably handled and forwarded as expected.

  • Resolved the issue with ELK activation failing in high-availability (HA) environments, allowing for more seamless setup in HA deployments.

  • Fixed the issue with Control Tower crashing with an out-of-memory (OOM) error when creating bot records with a large volume of ready-for-execution tasks and extensive input data.
