FAQ on using AI Agent chat-based interface

Product description

Definitions

Chat history refers to all interactions in the chat interface, including, but not limited to, questions, answers, requested actions, and updates.

An account stands for the user account that they create when registering to use the service.

An action or task refers to calling an AI Agent directly to request a screening or other type of information review.

The AI Agent chat interface is a chat-bot style interface that allows you to get answers to common AI Agent questions and actions hosted and controlled in a WorkFusion environment.
