Connectors
Connectors enable AI Agents to exchange data with external screening systems, data providers, and other services. They support integration scenarios such as entity screening, business data enrichment, alert processing, and result delivery. Available capabilities, configuration options, and input and output requirements vary by connector.
Choose the connector for the system or data source you want to integrate with Work.AI:
Bridger XG: connects Tara and Evelyn with LexisNexis Bridger for screening.
Firco Continuity Case Manager API: enables Tara to retrieve Firco alerts and update them with processing results.
Firco PI Continuity: connects Tara with Firco Continuity transaction screening to receive alerts and return decisions.
Thomson Reuters CLEAR API connectors: support public-record and adverse-media workflows for Evan and Evelyn.
TR ID Verification connectors: coordinate applicant risk evaluation, identity matching, and identity verification across Feedzai, Thomson Reuters CLEAR Confirm Person Search, and Au10tix.
Multi-Provider Entity Screening (MPES): screens individuals and businesses through configured third-party providers and sends consolidated results to Evan and Evelyn.
Entity Data Enrichment: retrieves state business registry records, FinCEN Money Services Business (MSB) records, and location-based information, then returns the results to the caller as JSON.
Fen-X: connects Fenergo Fen-X with Kayla to automate entity periodic-review journeys and return reviewed data and supporting documents to Fen-X.
Compliance Link: connects Tara and Evelyn with LNRS Compliance Link to automate compliance and sanctions-screening case reviews.
LSEG World-Check One: retrieves unresolved screening cases from LSEG World-Check One, sends their matches to Evelyn for analysis, and applies Evelyn's resolution decisions to the corresponding cases in World-Check One.
