Upgrading process of WorkFusion Analytics Server and Desktop
Back up custom dashboards
If there are any custom dashboards deployed, you should back up them first as described in WorkFusion Analytics custom dashboards backup and restore.
Deactivate WorkFusion Analytics Server and Desktop product keys
note
The deactivated key will be required to activate the new version of WorkFusion Analytics.
Uninstall WorkFusion Analytics Server and Desktop
Uninstall WorkFusion Analytics Server and Desktop using the standard Control Panel items.
Install new version
Install the new version of WorkFusion Analytics Server and Desktop as described in BI Windows Server Installation.
Restore custom dashboards
If you have previously backed up any custom dashboards, restore them as described in WorkFusion Analytics custom dashboards backup and restore.
