BI Server upgrade

Upgrading process of WorkFusion Analytics Server and Desktop

  1. If there are any custom dashboards deployed, back up them as described in WorkFusion Analytics custom dashboards backup and restore.

  2. Deactivate WorkFusion Analytics Server and Desktop product keys. The deactivated key are required to activate a new version of WorkFusion Analytics.

  3. Uninstall WorkFusion Analytics Server and Desktop using the standard Control Panel items.

  4. Install the new version of WorkFusion Analytics Server and Desktop as described in BI Windows Server Installation.

  5. Restore custom dashboards. If you have previously backed up any custom dashboards, restore them using the following instructions.
