Average Time Spent
The dashboard shows average time spent by human workers on assignments completion during selected period.
Filtering:
- Period: specific period can be selected.
- Environment: Production or Sandbox environment can be selected.
- BP Title: upon selection all widgets will display results for selected items only. All, one or multiple Business processes can be selected.
- Task Title: upon selection all widgets will display results for selected items only. All, one or multiple tasks can be selected.
- SLA: specific threshold can be input to view when target average time was met or was not met.
The dashboard displays the following information:
- Y: Average Time Spent, Moving Average Time
- X: Timeline
Moving Average Time is Average Time calculated for the last seven days, including the current day.
