Capacity
The picture of the WorkFusion infrastructure workload in a single place to understand where the optimization may be required. Analyze volume of the transactions per process execution, view of volume of transactions by work type, resources utilization of CPU, RAM, HDD space of the WorkFusion SPA servers by components (APP, AutoML, RPA, OCR) where the processing is happening, availability of the bots during the period, bot sessions details, statuses and sessions distribution by volume.

1 - Transactions by Process
2 - Transactions by Work Type
3 - Capacity by Components
4 - Bot Availability
5 - Bot Sessions
6 - Session Distribution
A tooltip is displayed on mouse hover over an element (point or bar). It contains additional information about a specific element.

The Tracking field in a tooltip means Transaction Tracking. There are three values:
- Activated: For all Process executions transaction on this day transaction tracking is enabled. Transactions count by documents.
- Not Activated: Transaction tracking NOT enabled for all process executions on this day. Transactions count by input records automatically.
- *: multiple values. Only in some process executions transaction tracking is enabled.
In the others fields, also If there is more than one possible value, it returns the (*) in the tooltip, for example, SLA values.
Filters
Select the data that will be displayed on the dashboard. Users can interact with filters as follows:
Make a different selection in the checkboxes.

Uncheck the All checkbox and start typing, for example, a process name:

Process Name
Filter values by name of process. Default value: check all processes.

Process Execution
Allows to choose specific process execution. The row in a filter is combined by two values:
- Process Execution Start Date
- UUID of Process Execution

Time Range
Users can filter time range (Process Execution Start Date). Default value: seven last days. Dashboards have data for last 30 days.

Process Status
There are three types of process status:
- Completed
- Processing
- Paused

Work Type
By using work type filter you may filter out the dashboard by particular work type of the process execution.
There are the following work types:
- All
- Bot
- Tower
- OCR
- AutoML
- Person

Transactions by Process

This chart will show you the distribution of the transactions volume processed over the time in total as well as in a particular process execution. This chart also helps to see the see the process execution meeting SLA and those which are violating the SLA. You may see a number of process execution or choose just one required process execution details.
- X Axis: Indicates period
- Y Axis: Volume of the Transactions within Process Execution.
- red: Process Execution SLA Violated.
- grey: Process Execution SLA is met.
Tooltip:
- Process Name
- Transaction Creation Date
- Transaction within SLA/SLA Violations
- Tracking status
Transactions by Work Type

This graph allows to find out the transaction volume by the work type of the process. You may find out from here how many transactions were processed by AutoML, Bot, Person, Tower or OCR.
- X Axis: Indicates a period.
- Y Axis: Volume of the Transactions within Process Execution Work Type.
Tooltip:
- Work Type: AutoML, Bot, Person, Tower or OCR.
- Transaction Task Completion Date
- Transactions
Capacity by components
Aimed to help understand the utilization of the WorkFusion SPA servers running AutoML, Control Tower and WorkSpace (APP Server), OCR server, RPA Server and Bots.
- X Axis: Indicates a period.
- Y Axis: Load percentage of the server CPU.
Tooltip:
- Date: AutoML, Bot, Person, Tower or OCR.
- Component name: a name of the server.
- CPU usage %
- Memory Available in GB (Server)
- Memory Total in GB (Server)
- Percentage of time the disk is processing read or write requests
- Server Name
Bot Availability

Shows the availability of the bots on the bot relay and may have three types of the availability:
- X Axis: Indicates period of availability
- Y Axis: Bot Relay and Bot name/number.
Tooltip:
- Date from, Date To: Period
- Component name: a name of the server
- Bot relay name or number
- Bot name or number
- Status:
- Grey: Bot Active
- Light Grey: Bot Idle
- Red: Bot Unavailable
- Duration (seconds)
Bot sessions

This chart helps to analyze the status of the bot session when bot attempts to perform the process and some actions (open the browser, submit data and so on), you can see if the session was successful or failed.
- X Axis: Indicates a period.
- Y Axis: Bot Relay and Bot name or number.
Tooltip:
- Process Name
- RPA Task Name

Statuses:
- Grey: Successful session
- Red: Failed session
Session distribution

This chart may show you the number of sessions happening per bot relay and/or bot with status of the session. Failed sessions will be indicated with red.
- X Axis: Indicates a number of sessions per bot relay and/or bot.
- Y Axis: Bot Relay and Bot name/number.
Tooltip:
