Quartz report
Control Tower provides troubleshooting functionality like Quartz Report.
Quartz Job Report is based on Quartz Job Scheduling Library and enables extraction of information about the scheduled jobs runs without using database queries.
To view the report, go to Configuration > System Preferences > Advanced and click the Download Quartz Report button to download a CSV file with report.
The file contains additional information for a support engineer to understand a problem with Business Process, Task, Report, or Schedule processing.
